a service and technical solution provider for the
IC industry, IC material production industry, and

solutions and other processing equipments. Founded
in 1993(It's origin is Beijing SiXin Technology
consultation Service Company), in 1996 it went into
semiconductor field. As rep of semiconductor equipment,
consumable and engineering service, SPM continues
to expand its markets and diversify its product
such as JST(front terminal cleaner), Torrlube(consumable)
and so on.. Begin to custom retrofits and upgrades.
SPM is developing from only rep company to multi
business. Our headquarter is based in Beijing, China
with branches offices in Shanghai, Tianjin and Jiading.
